Raspberry Gose is an explosion of raspberry combined with the typical acidity and savouriness of Gose. A refreshing raspberry juice…probably better than a juice, definitely refreshing!We created this Gose using the Sour Kettle method: we inoculated selected lactobacillus, then added raspberry puree and fermented it with our own yeast.
