このグルテンフリー・サワーベリーエールには、イチゴ、ブルーベリー、ブラックベリー、ラズベリーを贅沢に使用。

ひと口目は心地よい酸味が広がり、その後にジューシーなベリーの果実味が豊かに感じられます。

キビとソバによるモルト由来のやわらかなパンのような風味と、ほのかな甘みが土台となり、ベリーの鮮やかな味わいを一層引き立てています。

Saving Gracieシリーズは、グルテンフリーでありながらビールを愛するオーナーの娘・グレイシーに捧げて生まれたシリーズです。

Developed in honor of our owners’ gluten-free, beer-loving daughter Gracie, our Saving Gracie series strives to offer a diverse lineup of alt-malt beers. Our Saving Gracie gluten free Sour Berry Ale is brewed with malted millet and buckwheat in lieu of barley, and also has the addition of real strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries.

Expect an initial tart strike to the palate that pleasantly gives way to juicy berry flavor. Our gluten free malt bill on this beer gives it a soft, bready, almost sweet backbone that allows the sour berry to truly shine through.
