Yes we have made a few grapefruit beers before. Dam it is one of the best citrus fruits to match with hops. We think taking the pith on this one was okay. We have used Centennial, Simcoe and Amarillo to bring some citrus, tropical and pine with the added grapefruit it really takes the pith to the next level.
