今回はMicro Roaster of The Year 2020に選ばれた、サンディエゴに拠点を置く”Mostra Coffee”のコーヒー豆を使用したエディション。
甘美でフルフレーバーな味わいをゆったりと楽しめつつ、全体をしっかりと引き締めるフィニッシュも一貫して心地良い。

A returning favorite - Beer Geek Cocoa Shake is pure bliss in a glass. Brewed with a careful selection of specialty malts to showcase layers of chocolate ganache, french vanilla, and affogato, we introduce freshly roasted coffee from our friends at Mostra Coffee and creamy vanilla for ensured decadence.
A highlight of the beer comes foremost in the full-bodied richness, before pleasantly fading into peaks of espresso and toasted marshmallow.
A perfect accompaniment to the changing leaves and coming chill - we get so excited to bring this one back every few years, and truly hope you enjoy it!
