2010年ワールドビアカップ金賞、Great American Beer Festival金賞をダブル受賞した実力派アメリカンレッドエール。

さらに2012年ワールドビアカップでも2大会連続金賞受賞。

もともとホリデービールとして造り始め、太ってピチピチの赤い服を着ているサンタのようにキャラメルモルトでいっぱいのレッドエールを造ったという逸話も。

美しい銅色でトフィーのような甘く香ばしいフレイバー。

モルトが醸す干しぶどうやカシスのようなリッチで複雑な味わいを、ホップのバランスにより見事に調和させ、穏やかなレッドエールに仕上げた。
