香りたつアロマ、芳醇なフレーバー、そしてすっきりとしたドライさを兼ね備えたIPA。多数のホップを複雑にブレンドし使用することで味わいにさまざまな特徴づけを施した。金柑、核果、松、新鮮なマンゴーなどバラエティ豊かな味わいを一挙に楽しめる。アロマも同様にキーライム、樹液、ストロベリー、ブラッドオレンジなど多様なキャラクター。

そして主張しすぎないモルトと小麦のほんのりと優しいアクセントが支えとなり、全体のバランスを保ちつつもよりホップが前面に感じられる仕上がりに。

IPA w/ Mosaic, Amarillo, & Columbus Hops | 6.3%

Truly a contemporary IPA, brewed to barrage with smattering of bold aromatics, ripe flavors and a clean dryness. Multiple hop additions throughout the brewing process have infused a complex bitterness, pairing with layers of kumquat, stone fruit, pine needles, and fresh mango on the palate. By utilizing an unassuming blend of malts, a sense of roundness from the wheat helps shepherd flavors along the entirety of the sip. A tight, dense foam atop the crystal clear pint releases waves of exciting aromas of key lime, tree resin, strawberry, and blood orange throughout. With so much happenin’ in the world, it’s easy to get lost in thought - thankfully this fresh, new IPA helps keep the sun shining.
