While a few of the partners and their families were traveling in Croatia, they were visiting a winery and were introduced to this word by one of the locals. He explained, they needed to “take it easy,” “Pomalo” and it really stuck. Now we want to share that story because it really resonated with the group that we all need to, slow down, relax, and enjoy a tasty beer!
