Historically the "Saison" are farm beers made with the end of stocks of malt and hops to be drunk during the harvest.
The saison no longer contains residual sugars which gives it a very dry texture, improved drinkability and increased respect for hop aromas, thanks to the use of specific yeasts.
Malts: Pilsen, malted wheat, Cara Blond, large raw spelled, acid malts
Hops: Tradition, Chinook, Aramis, Cascade, Brewers'Gold, Azacca
