デイブの故郷であるサンフランシスコで人気のビールです。このエールビールは、ノルウェーの酵母とローストしたモルトを少し加えて、琥珀色の色合いを作っています。帯那産のホップ（Northern Brewer、Nugget、Cluster、Crystal）を使用して、このビールにフレーバーとアロマを加えました。特にスチームエールは、19世紀のアメリカの労働者階級の間で人気がありました。そしてデイブは、どんな社会でも労働者階級を常に賞賛してきました。彼らの汗と勤勉さは、毎日の仕事の終わりにおいしい新鮮なビールに値するのです！乾杯！
A popular beer from Dave’s hometown of San Francisco, this ale beer is made with Norwegian Yeast and a touch of roasted Caramunich malt to give it an amber hue. We used our Obina hops(Nugget, Cluster, Crystal) to flavor and add aroma to this malty beer. Especially, steam ale was popular among the working class of America in the 19th century. And Dave has always admired the working class in any society, whose sweat and hard work deserve a delicious, fresh beer at the end of every working day! Cheers!
