ドイツとイギリスのモルトをブレンドし、ベースホップにWarrior、後から追加したCitraとAmarilloでしっかりバランスを取り、シンプルで軽やかな味わいを実現しました。
特徴としては、カラメルのほのかな甘いモルト感、雪のように真っ白な泡と優れた保持力、そして見事な透明度が含まれます。
このビールは暑い日にリフレッシュするのに最適です。乾杯！

Hops : Warrior、Citra、Amarillo

We blended German and English malts with a combination of Warrior base hops and late additions of Citra and Amarillo hops to the boil for a solid balance that lends itself to a simple, light-bodied taste.
Characteristics include a sweet maltiness with hints of caramel, a snowwhite head, good retention and a brilliant clarity.
This beer is perfect for refreshing oneself on hot summer days. It pairs well with light foods such as salads, chicken, fish, cheese and especially sushi. Cheers!
