このビールは、新鮮さを最大限に引き出すためにオビナ産のホップをすべて使用しており、シムコー ホップをふんだんに使用して発酵を止めてから 1 週間後にドライホップしました。モルトには小麦モルトが含まれており、わずかに濁った外観とより充実した口当たりを実現しています

このおいしいビールは私たちが望むほど辛口で、飲んだ人は同意します！楽しみ！

Our Dry Ale hits all the marks for an excellent dry ale: no sweetness or aftertaste, only a strong Ale that quenches thirst as soon as it one tastes it.

This beer uses all Obina-grown hops for maximum freshness, and we dry-hopped it a week after fermentation ceased with loads of Simcoe hops. The malts included wheat malt for a slightly hazy appearance and fuller mouthfeel.

This delicious beer is as dry as we want it, and people who’ve tried it agree! Enjoy!
