イタリアンスタイルのピルスナー第2弾が完成しました!
今回は3種類のドイツ産ホップ、タンゴ、ディアマント、オーラムを同量ずつ使用しました。その結果、リッチなノーブルホップの特徴を持つ、クリスピーなピルスナーが仕上がりました。 ピルスナーモルトのほんのり甘いパンのような風味、その後にホップの風味が広がります。 この3つのホップの組み合わせは、ドイツ産ホップに期待されるハーバル、フローラル、フルーティーな特徴を持ち合わせながらも程良いバランスが保たれています。 私たちは主にエールを醸造していますが、日本の暑い夏には美味しいラガーがよく合います。

Our second batch of Italian style pilsner is ready!
This time we decided to use three new German hops; Tango, Diamant, and Aurum together in equal amounts. The result is a crisp pilsner with a rich noble hop character. There is a little sweet breadiness from the pilsner malt then the hops come through. The mixture of the 3 hops give a nice balance between the herbal, floral and fruity characteristics you expect from German hops. We are mainly an ale brewery but a nice lager is great during the hot Japanese summer!
