ハイドルンはスリーヒルズが最初に醸造したビールの一つです。シトラとモザイクを史上最高のホップの一つシムコーと組み合わせることで，ホップの聖なる三位一体を完成させます。シトラスとトロピカルフルーツの強烈なヒットがシムコーの松脂の軽いダスティングでバックアップされます。

Heidrun was one of the first beers ever brewed by Three Hills and today it forms the ever-faithful backbone of our line-up. Usually we use the fantastic hop combo thatis Citra and Mosaic to showcase the more tropical and stone fruit-forward El Dorado, but to try and manifest an early arrival of spring we've produced two special editions showing off a couple of our other favourite hops!

Heidrun Special Hop: Simcoe by partnering Citra and Mosaic with completes the holy trinity of hops one of the all-time greats. On both the nose and palate, a strong hit of up with a light dusting of pine resin citrus and tropical fruits is backed that is quintessentially Simcoe. We really wanted to do justice to
this amazing hop and hope you enjoy the beer as much as we do.
