Our famous Bon-Chien Blend aged during additional 6 months in Sauterne barrels.

Very complex nose; mild, woody and spicy (cinnamon). With wide notes of dry fruits (grape, fig), cashew and candy sugar.

Round Attack with intensive sour notes, which remind dried apricots. Long and expressive finish with an worm exotic feeling, underlined by woody vanilla notes.
