La Salamandre, the original BFM, wheat beer, fresh and spicy.
Brewed with wheat and barley malts, Salamandre is a beer with a floral and spicy bouquet with a light yeasty note. On the palate, it is creamy with a hint of acidity. On the finish, it is not very bitter, but racy, we then feel the peel of bitter oranges and a discreet hopping.

La Salamandre, la BFM originale, bière de blé, fraîche et épicée.
Brassée avec des malts de blé et d'orge, la Salamandre est une bière au bouquet floral et épicé avec une note de levure légère. En bouche, elle est crémeuse avec une pointe d'acidité. En finale, elle est peu amère, mais racée, on sent alors l’écorce d’oranges amères et un houblonnage discret.

Disponible en 33cl, pression, fût de 20 litres
