15ヶ月間バーボン樽で熟成させたアンバーサワーエール。白葡萄、青リンゴ、柑橘系の香り。味わいはモルトの柔らかな甘さにバーボン由来のバニラ感、程よい酸味が効きドライなフィニッシュ。
Amber wild ale fermented and aged in bourbon barrels for 15 months. White grapes, apples and citrus in the notes with some hints of sweet bourbon. In the taste the sweetness of the malt and the bourbon comes through more, with a pleasant acidity. Finishes quite dry despite all the sweetness.
