10ヶ月間アップルブランデーの樽で寝かせたオーガニック・ワイルドエール。ブランデーから移った赤リンゴと青リンゴの香りが強く、まるで樽で熟成させたシードルのよう。オーク感もボディしっかり。フルーティーでファンキーな味わいの最後に樽からのタンニンも感じられる大人の味わい。
Organic wild ale aged on apple brandy barrels for 10 months. Notes of both red and green apples, almost like a barrel aged cider. Some wood notes from the barrel. Big mouthfeel, fruity, and quite funky with some tannins coming from the oak.
