スウェーデンのStockholm Brewingとのコラボビール。自然発酵のビールを20ヶ月間バーボン樽で熟成した後にジュニパーベリーとブレンド。香りはスコッチウィスキーのよう。口に含むと青リンゴやカリン、ジュニパーベリー、パインを思わせる。酸味と少しの甘み、樽感あり。
Collaboration with Stockholm Brewing in Sweden. A spontaneously fermented wild beer aged in bourbon barrel for 20 months and then blended with juniper berries. The combination of bourbon barrels and juniper berries makes it almost smell like a scotch whisky. The taste is more fruity with green apples and quince before you can feel the juniper berries in the aftertaste and some hints of pine. Some slight vanilla and oak in the finish.
