現在のクラフトビールシーンを代表するビアスタイル「IPA」。様々な種類があるIPAの良いところを集めたようなビールに仕上げました。モルトの構成はシンプルながらも少し小麦を加えることにより、口当たりのやわらかさを演出。ホップには人気品種のCitraとSimcoeを中心にヘイジーIPAのようにグレープフルーツやマンゴーを感じさせるアロマを付与。それに加え、飲んだ後には古き良きウェストコーストIPAを彷彿とさせる強いクリーンな苦味が襲ってきます。
"IPA" represents the current craft beer scene. All kinds of IPAs entertain many beer drinkers in the world. The malt bill of this beer is simple but a bit of wheat malt gives smooth mouthfeel like Hazy IPAs even though it appears clear. Citra and Simcoe hops are used to give the beer tropical and citrusy aroma and crisp bitterness but not overwhelminig.
