Stare all you like buddy... because this eye catcher is a brand new Imperial Pastry Sour with sacks of raspberry puree and pear added during its adventure in our cellar.
Once all that fermenting kerfuffle was out of the way, our eyes were set on the prize... During canning we added ooze-inducing lashings of white chocolate, sleigh loads of fluff and enough single origin Australian milk sugar to frost the entire brewery's windows with.
Pastry laden yuletide goodness you can't keep your eyes off. Yum-ho.
