A West Coast IPA with mathematically outrageous amounts of Centennial, Citra and Mosaic. By utilising 3 different hop products and 3 ways of processing these 3 types of heavy hitting hops, we're able to bring the old school into the new world. We're on a journey from the lofty Pines of Oregon, down through the orange groves by the Sierras and onward to the tropical Pacific shore where ocean laps this gracious land of IPA.
Our 4th rendition of this brewery favourite evokes big traditional hits of cedar resin, spruce tips, citrus pith and something akin to evaporating diesel. With the bitterness in check and pouring highly carbonated with a rocky head, this WCIPA is one dialled-in number just right for Summer sipping. It's hip to be cubed ya'll.
