Y.Y.G.の7周年ビール！サワーIPAをベースに、ヘイジーかつボリューム感あるアルコール度数にしてみました。北海道で産まれたホップ、「ソラチエース」をたっぷり使用。レモンやハーブを思わせる、この季節らしい爽やかな味わいです。（オメデタく、いつもよりちょっとイイ酵母使ってます。）
Y.Y.G.'s 7th anniversary beer. Based on sour IPA, I tried to make it a hazy and voluminous alcohol content. Hops born in Hokkaido, plenty of "Sorachi Ace" are used. It's a refreshing taste of this season, reminiscent of lemon and herbs. (It's good, I use a little better yeast than usual.)
