今回はパッションフルーツをメインに使用し、香りのアクセントにブラッドオレンジを忍ばせたフルーツサワーエール。果実と酵母由来の乳酸が相まった爽やかな酸味を感じていただけます。ペアリングでは特に揚げ物などと合わせると、酸味が口中の油をサッパリと流してくれることでしょう。 ※原材料に小麦を含みます

"Love Affair" is a fruit sour ale that features passion fruit as the main ingredient and blood orange. The yeast used in this sour ale is called Philly Sour yeast, which produces lactic acid during the fermentation process, not only the alcohol. Aside from the fruity aroma and flavor of passion fruit and blood orange, you can also enjoy refreshing sourness created by the yeast, which makes the taste even more profound.
