銚子ビール藤兵衛醸造所の稼働を記念する第1号ビールです。みんな大好きホップをふんだんに使用したIPAを作りました。アロマはバックグラウンドにパイニー、オレンジ、マイヤーレモンの香り。ドライホップはシトラをメインにモザイクやエルドラドを使用し、シトラス、トロピカル感を演出しています。色味は濁り、ほのかなオレンジ色。アロマに期待する程度の苦味はあり、バランスよく仕上がりました！
