当初、オランダのKees Bubberman (現Brouwerij Kees)及び、John de Vries (現Brouwerij de Molen) との3社コラボにより誕生した、滑らかな口当たりと豊かな柑橘香のIPA。メインのホップにはSabroを使用し、アールグレイティーを一定時間加えて発酵させた。
Kees Bubberman (Brouwerij Kees) and John de Vries (Brouwerij de Molen) joined us originally to brew this smooth and citrusy India Pale Ale.
Earl Grey IPA is fermented with timed additions of Earl Grey tea, offering flavours of bergamot and lemongrass, complemented by Sorachi Ace hops.
