A bold IPA featuring New Zealand hop varieties, balanced by a smooth, biscuit-like malt base.
It’s been a bit of a job to blend the best flavours from both the original and 2018 hop bills for Dobber, whilst using some newer hop varieties and techniques for dry hopping. The malt base has been changed to really let the hops shine, while keeping the soul of Dobber alive.
