Get ready to smell the colors and taste the smells of Bicycle Day. At the onset of Get On The Bus week, we brewed another round of the namesake sour beer that starts our annual exploratory celebration of flavor. Bicycle Day is an intensely green colored brew made with fantastic amounts of peach, apricot, and pineapple. We also use the red Cara Cara orange for its unique berry notes and sweetness. Just to make things even stranger, Bicycle Day has potent notes of blueberry that you might not expect. All you have to do is soak up this multi-fruit experience and enjoy the ride.
