なんとも挑戦的なビール!!このビールは友人スコット・マーフィーとのコラボであり、スコットのアイデアに「よし！やってみよう！！」と挑戦的に取り組んで現実化しました! ドライな米ラガーに三つのユニークな成分、ワサビ、海苔、そして生姜を使用。もちろん、魚は入っていないけど、「寿司」をイメージさせるビールを作り出すことに挑戦！

ワサビと海苔は、軽やかなホッピングを引き立て、ホップだけでは作り出せない独特の香りと味わいに。喉越しは清涼で爽やかであり、最後には生姜の微かな刺激を感じます。飲みにくくせず、でも繊細に口中に広がる全ての風味を楽しめるようにしました。

What an exhilarating brew we have crafted! Our rice lager boasts an intriguing blend of three distinctive ingredients: wasabi, nori, and ginger, evoking the essence of sushi without the fish, of course!

The harmonious marriage of wasabi and nori beautifully complements the gentle hopping, resulting in a captivating aroma and a flavor profile that transcends the limitations of traditional hops. This beer offers a clean and crisp experience, with a subtle ginger kick that leaves a delightful tingle on the palate.

Our aim was to strike a delicate balance, ensuring that none of the flavors overpower the others, ultimately creating a highly enjoyable and approachable beer. This collaborative creation came to life through the brilliant suggestion of our dear friend Scott Murphy, and we eagerly embraced the challenge of bringing his vision to reality
