名前について / About the Name
「momona」の由来はハワイ語で「豊かな」、「甘美な」、「ジューシーな」などの意味があり、薄い桃色をした液体も連想させるのでこのビールにはうってつけでした。

The name ‘momona’ comes from the Hawaiian word meaning ‘rich,’ ‘luscious,’ and ‘juicy.’ It also evoked the image of the beer’s pale pink color, making it the perfect name for this release.

造りかた / How It's Made
小麦麦芽60%に、25%のピルスナーモルト、10%のウィーンモルトの麦芽構成で、やわかい口当たりのベースビールをつくりました。ホップの使用量も少しです。
熟成後、酵母を落としてからピューレと混ぜ合わせて仕上げています。

The base beer was brewed with a soft malt bill consisting of 60% wheat malt, 25% Pilsner malt, and 10% Vienna malt, creating a smooth and gentle mouthfeel. Hop usage was kept intentionally low.
After conditioning, the yeast was removed and the beer was finished by blending it with fruit purée.

Pink guava on its own offers a luscious aroma and flavor reminiscent of muscat grapes, berries, and peach blended together. With its easy-drinking, beer-cocktail-like character and the captivating flavor of pink guava, it has been very well received in our taproom.
