アイダホ7とアマリロに加えてYakima Quality Hopsの、収穫量も多く耐病性にも優れる栽培特性とパイナップル、グアバ、オレンジピール、白桃などのアロマプロファイルを持つと言われる2022年に初めてリリースされた実験品種「YQH-1320」を使用。

オレンジジュース、パイナップル、ストーンフルーツの香りに加え、心地よいハーブの香りが特徴的。

THE GREC.NEIGHBORHOOD IPA WITH IDAHO 7, YELLOW AND YQH-1320
This fresh IPA DB showcases two of our favourite hops, Idaho 7 and Amarillo and a very exciting newcomer; YQH-1320 This new experimental variety from Yakima Quality Hops, is showing a lot of promise for both hop farmers and brewers alike. Crop yields seem like they are going to be high and it also appears to have good disease resistance. Combine this with what we, the brewers, want: great aromatics and flavour. With pineapple, guava, orange peel and white peach being just some of the notes that this hop throws off, it’s safe to say that this one has a good chance of sticking around. Supporting heavyweights Idaho 7 and Amarillo this beer packs big notes of orange juice, a touch of pineapple and stone fruit with a pleasing herbal background. With a restrained bitterness and the usual fluffy body this IPA DB jumps out of the glass begging to be drank.
