Ships In The Night is a brand new pastry stout brewed with lactose and conditioned on vanilla, pecans and cacao nibs. As soon as you crack the can, you’re greeted with a tonne of dusty cocoa on the nose. Vanilla and pecan dominate the palate, with an amaro like nuttiness. The addition of lactose leaves a thick and creamy mouthfeel that makes you want to go back for more.
