ミシガン州で採れたMontmorency Cherries（アメリカ、カナダ、フランスで栽培されるサワーチェリーの一種）を投入したベルリナーヴァイセ。
ビール評論家Michael JacksonはBerlinerweissを“煌々ときらめき、芳しいフルーティーさが香り、シャープかつドライな味わいと身震いするような美しい酸味が残るフィニッシュ”と評している。
North CoastのTart Cherry Berliner Weissはこのベルリン発祥のWeisseにチェリーを投入することで酸味を和らげ、フルーツ感を強調。

Berlin White beers are best described by pronounced tartness with a light and fruity character.
