オレゴン州の人気ブリュワリーで修行した二人が立ち上げたGold Dot BeerとコラボしたドイツスタイルのDunkel。この二人はラガーの醸造を得意としているため、今回のコラボでもラガー系を作ることになりました。少し涼しくなってきた時期に飲みたくなる、モルト感と香ばしさがありつつも喉越しが軽い綺麗な作り。
A dark beer suited for the season, made in collaboration with the brilliant lager brewers that started Gold Dot Beer: Lisa Allen (Heater Allen, McMinnville, OR) and Kevin Davey (Wayfinder Beer, Portland, OR). It turns out The Key to Happiness is a Dunkel—a traditional German style of beer that’s not often available in the US. Dark, malty, and crisp.
