お隣ウィスコンシン州のThird Space Brewingとのコラボビール。
ビール名「Bridging & Bonding」とは「二つを繋げて溝を埋める」という意味があり、クラシックなシリアルマッシュと最新のホップ技術を掛け合わしています。
地元で栽培された小麦、トウモロコシ、そして赤小麦麦芽を使うことでほんのりと甘みのある柔らかなモルトボディを作成。
ホップには厳選したMosaic、Columbus Cryo、そしてCryoホップブレンドを使いマンゴーのようなジューシーな味わいを引き出しています。
ホップ由来のトロピカルフルーツのような果汁感とダンク感、フローラル感に加え、トウモロコシや小麦の優しい風味としっかりとした苦味が感じられます。
原材料：麦芽、ホップ、トウモロコシ(遺伝子組み換えでない)、小麦

IPA COLLAB WITH THIRD SPACE
Bridging & Bonding is a collaboration that marries traditional brewing techniques with a forward-thinking approach to IPA making. Working with our friends at Third Space (Milwaukee, WI), we’ve designed a beer that utilizes an old school cereal mash and the latest in hop technology. This allows us to make use of locally-grown raw wheat, corn grits, and malted red wheat for a hint of sweetness and a soft malt body. We then slammed it with hand-selected Mosaic, Columbus Cryo, and a Cryo hop blend focused on Mango aromatics.
