苦味付けなら圧倒的に人気でも、香りとなると扱いにくく存在感がイマイチなコロンバスホップ。そんなコロンバスを”Little Giant(小さな巨人)”に仕立てる為にDHではコロンバスをメインとして組み立て、特徴が強くなりすぎないようにモザイクとシムコーでバランスをとりました。かなりのダンク、オレンジ、マスカットのアロマで、多めに入れた小麦麦芽で程よい口当たり！1杯目におすすめ！
Columbus hops are overwhelmingly popular for their bitterness, but when it comes to aroma, most don’t know how to handle them. In order to make Columbus a "Little Giant," the DH was assembled with Columbus as the main hop, and balanced with Mosaic and Simcoe to prevent its characteristics from becoming too strong. Aromas of dank, orange, and muscat, with a good mouthfeel from the extra wheat malt ensure this beer can hold its own.
