これはインクホーンとの最初のコラボで、ホッピーなレッドエールである。日本でコビドによる非常事態宣言が出された最初の日に醸造されたので、このネーミングになった。レシピを少しアップデートし、より大きなホップのパンチを加えましたが、バランスと飲みやすさは維持しています。これは、私たちが過去3年間に経験したこと、そしてビール・コミュニティで私たちが作り上げたものを維持するための友情とコラボレーションの重要性を思い出させるものです。

This was the first collab with Inkhorn, a hoppy red ale. It was brewed on the first day a state of emergency was declared in Japan due to covid, hence the naming. We’ve made some updates to the recipe, adding a bigger hop punch, but keeping the balance and drinkability. This is a reminder of all we went through the past 3 years, and the importance of friendship and collaborations to maintaining what we have created in the beer community.
