This Red IPA delivers a huge hop punch, balanced with malt sweetness and a touch of rye spiciness. Brewed in collaboration with Thirsty, Titans, and Hage Hige, for our brother, Adam aka Akahige.

このビールに対しての想い。

私たちは過去に２回、Thirstyのコラボビールを醸造し、どちらのビールにも醸造日やレシピに深くアダムが関わってくれた。

実を言うと今回は、West Coast IPAの醸造を予定していたが、アダムが亡くなった後、彼が大好きだったRed IPAが思い浮かびレシピを変更する事を決意した。
このビールを造るプロセスであらゆる部分で次から次へと問題が起きた。醸造日からパッケージングに至るまで、ブルワーが直面しうるあらゆる問題が飛び出し、このビールへの熱い想いをさらに強めた。
正直に言うと、このビールは最高のビールではないかもしれないが、私たちの情熱と献身と愛情で造られたビールであることは間違いない。

A personal note about this beer. We have made two Thirsty beers before, both times with Adam very much involved, both in the brew day and the recipes, and in the desire to do good things with people we love. The original plan this time was a West Coast IPA, but after Adam’s passing, a red IPA just seemed like the only option. For whatever reason, every part of the process of this beer was impeded by one issue after another, every possible problem a brewer could face seemed to pop up, from brew day to packaging, only adding to the heavy emotional connection to this beer. To be perfectly honest, while this may not be the best beer you’ll ever have, be assured it is the beer made with the utmost passion, dedication, and love you will ever have.
