フロリダのTripping Animalsとのコラボサワー。風味をより濃厚にするために、大量のブルーベリー使用し、さらにカシスを加えることでフルーツのフレーバーに深みをプラス。非常にクリーミーなベース・ビールを引き立て、甘酸っぱいデザートの様な雰囲気。使用していないのにどこかシナモンを感じる。

As the summer is in full swing and the temperatures are soaring we have teamed up with three incredible Florida breweries to make a 3 tropical sours that will help you cool off. Our Venezuelan/Floridian brothers Tripping Animals got on board for this one and it is very much inspired by some of the delectable pastry sours they knock out. We have thrown a truckload of blueberries at this and a touch of blackcurrant to give a bit more depth to the fruit flavour. Vanilla and milk sugar aid the already very biscuity base beer to create the full dessert feel. This is sweet, sour and delicious.
