In a landscape of West Coast IPAs that are constantly moving the needle closer to their hazy counterparts, we present a more ‘traditional’ style West Coast with all the dankness and bitterness that saw this style pave the way for craft beer's love of hops.
Using an interesting blend of Columbus, Centennial and Mosaic hops, we have created an IPA rich with lemon, grapefruit and berry notes on top of a deep resinous, dank body.
