2024年、立川の新しい食のイベント「フリースタイル餃子祭り」の第1回が開催される！坂道ブルイングと立川ビアホールは、餃子との相性を追求したオリジナルビールを開発しました。
ピルスナーの王将 (King of Pilsners) は、ドイツの麦芽、イタリアの酵母、ニュージーランドのホップ、そして立川の水を使った、軽くてクリスピーなホッピー・ピルス。餃子の世界的な祭典！
ボディは軽く爽やかで、ホップはフローラルで柑橘系の噛み応えをもたらし、口の中をさっぱりさせる。アルコール度数が5.0％以下であれば、一日中パイント（と餃子）をつぶし続けることができる。
2024 will see the first edition of a new Tachikawa food event - the Freestyle Gyoza Festival! We partnered with the organisers and with Tachikawa Beer Hall to create an original beer designed to go perfectly with gyoza.
Pilsner no Osho (King of Pilsners) is a light and crispy hoppy pils that brings together malt from Germany, yeast from Italy, hops from New Zealand, and water from Tachikawa for a global celebration of the gyoza.
The body is light and refreshing, and the hops bring a floral and citrusy bite to cut through and replenish your palate, while an ABV of under 5.0% means you can keep crushing pints (and gyoza) all day.
