Fruited Sour with Raspberries & Mosaic Hops
Raspberry Empress is a Mosaic dry-hopped sour with raspberries. A whirlpool addition of Mosaic contributes some bitterness and a Mosaic dry-hop adds floral and fruity notes. Not too sour, not too sweet, it has excellent balance and a refreshing, clean finish. Tastes like a raspberry mimosa!
