Castorini, our beloved Italian style Pilsner is back! Took long enough, buds. This beer has a base of the highest quality German Pilsner malt and a fun mix of Spalter Select and Saphir hops, also from Germany. How did we end up with an Italian pilsner then if all the ingredients are from Germany? Process and a little love my friends. Just a little love.
Notes of jasmine, water cracker, and green tea come through in every sniff and sip.
