彼らの造るミックスファーメンテーションの複雑さにインスパイアされた、バルセロナヴァイセ（ベルリナーヴァイセ）。
ハイビスカス、オレンジブロッサムウォーター、バニラ、シナモンをそれぞれのバランスを意識しながら投入。
クランベリーソースを思い出させる、美しい赤い色合い。
ドライな後味にバニラの甘みがほんのり感じられ、複雑ながらとても飲みやすいサワーエール。
It’s always a pleasure to welcome our neighbours from Cyclic Beer Farm down to Garage HQ. Their take on elegant, tart, mixed fermentation ales is a thing of beauty so we wanted to use some of that elegance in creating a kettle sour beer that steals from that playbook. This one was all about delicately balancing ingredients to bring complexity to an easy drinking sour beer. Careful use of hibiscus, orange blossom water, vanilla and cinnamon result in a beer with a beautiful red hue that brings memories of Mexican agua de Jamaica and cranberry sauce that is paired with Christmas dinner. A dry finish with a slight rounding sweetness from the vanilla make for a very drinkable sour ale.
