Garageのメンバーが最近造ったサワーで一番のお気に入りだった為、再醸造。
小麦とオーツ麦の柔らかで厚みのあるベースにラクトースを加え、ラズベリー、ピーチ、マダガスカル産のバニラを投入したフルボディのバルセロナ・ヴァイセ。
酸味はあくまでバランス調整役としてやや低めに設定され、デザートの様なリッチな味わい。
This is one of our favourite sours that we have done in recent years so we thought it was well worth a revisit. This is a delicious dessert style sour that is loaded up heavily with peach, raspberry and high quality vanilla from Madagascar. The intent with this beer is to be rich and smooth with the acidity playing the role of balance therefore is slightly lower on the acidity scale. A very protein heavy malt bill and a healthy lactose addition create a extrememly thick, luscious body that really enhance the desert qualities of this beer.
