HYPER FINE. Another brewery debuting at Mash '24 is Mortalis. These guys don't do things by halves, so when we started chatting about a collaboration, we knew we had to go crazy. This is the fruitiest sour beer we've ever brewed, and it's a tropical fruit blast. Pineapple, passion fruit, and mango in abundance, seasoned with organic vanilla from Madagascar and a touch of salt. A little slice of summer that truly feels like a sweet tropical fruit smoothie with vanilla notes and a touch of salt. Another exciting brewery debut for Mash '24 is the mighty Mortalis. These guys don't do things by halves, so when we started chatting about a collaboration, we knew we had to go mad. This is the most heavily fruited sour beer we've ever brewed, and it's a tropical fruit blast. Pineapple, passion fruit, and mango by the trailer load and conditioned with organic vanilla from Madagascar and a touch of salt. This is a luxurious slice of summer that really feels like a sweet tropical fruit smoothy with a roundness from the vanilla and a refreshing salty kick.
