特別なコラボビール、ジャジャのごんぼほりが登場！

ジャジャのごんぼほり は私たちにとって特別なビールです。約8年前のオープニング週末に初めて私たちを訪れてつながったのが、盛岡のベアレンさんでした。ご挨拶に来てて頂いてから８年、ついにコラボレーションビールを一緒に醸造することができました！

今回のコンセプトは、ベアレンとBe Easyの両方が得意とする特徴をミックスすること。そこで、お互いの醸造所でIPL（インディア・ペール・ラガー）を作り、コラボレーションの精神を大切にしながら、お気に入りのホップを交換して使うことにしました。ベアレンは私たちのお気に入りのニュージーランドホップを、私たちはベアレンのお気に入りのドイツホップを使いました。

このホッピーなラガーには、フローラル、スパイシー、そして少しフルーティーなドイツホップが詰まっており、普段のビールとは一味違うものになっています。この特別なビールをぜひお見逃しなく。東北のシナジーあふれるビールをお楽しみください！

Jaja no Gonbohori holds a special place in our hearts. It all started close to eight years ago when the first brewery to visit us and connect with us was Baeren Brewery from Morioka. On our opening weekend, they came by to say hello, and now we finally had the chance to collaborate on a beer together!

The concept was to blend the unique qualities that both Baeren and Be Easy are known for. We decided to brew an IPL (India Pale Lager) at each of our breweries and keep the collaboration spirit alive by swapping our favorite hops. Baeren used some of our favorite New Zealand hops, while we used some of their favorite German hops.

This hoppy lager is packed with floral, spicy, and slightly fruity German hops, creating a beer that stands out from the usual offerings. It's a unique experience that you won't want to miss. Enjoy this synergistic brewing power from Tohoku!
