ギップスランドに自生するショウガと採集したシナモンマートルを副原料に使用して醸造された、乳酸菌による酸味と塩を効かせたゴーゼ。豊かな原材料の風味によって、酸味と塩味が程よく抑えられ馴染み、その代わりにスパイスやハーブのニュアンスが美しく感じられる仕上がりとなっている。“People, this is an Australian Beer made with our ingredients and our stories”.
Jerra Ngia ~ Story You Story Me is a collaboration between Sailors Grave Brewing and Nura Gunyu. We feel that the natural outcome of learning and understanding between people is friendship and reconciliation.
Signals is a Ginger & Cinnamon Myrtle Gose with a delicate copper coloured malt base brewed with Native Ginger Root, foraged Cinnamon Myrtle.
