ブレット ピルスは、オークとステンレス スチールでブレタノマイセスとともに 熟成されたハウス ピルスナーです。レモン、干し草、エルダーフラワーの風味が前面に出る ファンキーでクリーン、繊細でありながら複雑な味わいで、喉を潤すおいしいビールです
Brett Pils starts life as Tappy Pils. After the primary lager fermentation Brettanomyces yeast is added and the beer undergoes somewhat of a transformation. Brett yeast interacts with certain hop compounds often boosting floral and fruity character as well as bringing it's own set of 'rustic', 'funky' characteristics.
