アメリカは、アリゾナ州のMotosonora Brewingとのコラボ。
NZ産Motueka, Nelson Sauvinを中心にAmplifire PalletsとCryo Simcoeを使用。
ほのかに甘みを帯びたシトラスの風味とトロピカルフルーツ、少し青さも感じるアロマ。
世紀の鳥とも呼ばれる「プテケテケ」を模したラベルデザイン。
*Amplifire Palletsは、窒素が多く、低酸素で低温環境下において、ホップのルプリン成分と植物原料を分離させて作る濃縮ペレットでクレイトン・ホップ社の独自加工品
Pūteketeke, the Great Crested Grebe—our new official mascot (for this beer) and the undisputed champion of the bird world! Why is Pūteketeke the best bird, you ask? Well, just ask John Oliver.
With its crazy hairdo and dapper attitude, this bird knows how to make a splash, *ba dum tsh*. We were introduced to the good team at Moto Sonora via a mate and made an epic Roadie from the craft brewers conference in Las Vegas to Tucson in April. So, we teamed up to make this beer happen.
