レーズンをワールプールに投入し、酵母由来のドライフルーツの特徴を強化。
更にNZのPōkenoのウイスキー樽で5ヶ月間熟成させ、シェリーとトーストしたアメリカン・オークの風味を付加。
軽くローストしたモルト、ドライフルーツ、ベルギー産キャンディシュガー、控えめなスパイスの風味とアロマ。
何層にも重なった複雑な味わい。熟成にも対応可能。

This Belgian Quad has had raisins poured into the whirlpool intensifying the dried fruit character of a pretty fruit forward example of the style. Leaving you with layer upon layer of complexity. With flavours and aromas of lightly roasted specialty malts, dried fruit, belgian candi sugar and restrained spice.
To make it even more special it’s been aged for 5 months in Pōkeno Whisky Barrels (that previously held sherry aged whisky) to up the decadent sherry and toasted American oak flavours. Why not pick up a bottle of bottle of Pōkeno Whisky for the ultimate boiler maker?
